Gnocchi wtih Chef KC

This November is the perfect time to learn how to make gnocchi with Chef KC of Culinary Laboratories at his new restaurant, Bistro 49. The restaurant will transform into a cooking class space as each guest will watch a demo followed by an interactive portion. Guests may either have their gnocchi cooked during the class (should time allow) or they may pack up their goods to take home and cook later. Bistro 49 has a beer/wine/champagne/coffee menu available for your convenience during class! Class is limited to 20 guests and is perfect for groups, couples, and singles.
