About the Event
It’s time to learn or master your pie making before the holidays arrive! Join me at Bistro 49 Culinary Laboratory as Chef KC teaches us the best techniques for making both Apple and Sweet Potato Pie. We will watch how the fillings are made and then take part in making our own dough including the rolling and topping. These pies will be sent home in Togo boxes to be frozen or baked. Bistro 49 has a coffee/beer/wine bar available. This event is open to 20 seats. Groups, couples, and single learners welcome!!!
