Fun times at the Bistro49 Culinary Laboratory pasta making class
#ChefKC had a great time tonight with the fun crowd at Le Mulet Rouge wine tasting room in Sutter Creek. Participants got their hands into some flour and water to learn how to make his very versatile pasta dough, then rolled, cut and squeezed that dough into a variety of ribbons ready to cook.
Along with the pasta Le Mulet Rouge paired Chef KC's dishes with some of their wonderful wine and bubbles. Check out the video below for a sneak peak the fun on Main Street in Sutter Creek tonight.
